The key function of AIESEC has always been its international exchange program. Through the Global Exchange Program, AIESEC offers over 16,000 internships in companies and organizations annually. Through our organization, college students become global citizens, develop their professional skills, and gain real world experience by wholly managing and operating our Global Internship Program.
