This position will be part of the Commercial Banking Group (CBG)) CEEMEA regional team working on coordinating (a) customer acquisition and activation initiatives (b) marketing programs and (c) process improvements related to CRM systems, Electronic banking platforms, training, etc. In addition the intern will liaison with product partners (like Cash, Trade, Sales and Trading and Credit) and the CEEMEA country management teams. The trainee will work closely with members of the business management team to: 1/Analyse financial and management data for business coverage areas in the countries, encompassing all P&L items, to support financial control and business management functions. 2/Assist with and support the development of Sales and Marketing process and
Gain program-management skills on this traineeship for Volkswagen in Germany. Some of the responsibilities of the intern include leading and managing the IT project. The program-management department is also responsible for all different Volkswagen brands (i.e. Audi, Seat, Skoda) and importers (i.e. Autogerma, VWUK).
Conduct market research in Singapore / Malaysia to gain a full insight into the business conducted by the respective operating company and Asian market dynamics. The intern will map out the market segments to be served, its key players, the company's position, growth possibilities, market influencers, trends and dynamics. Furthermore, he/she will co-develop a marketing communication program focussed on architects, consultants and specifiers, as well as support local marketing events.
