Let’s Come to the Aid of One of Our Own!

Hi, I wanted to include a link to the website about AIESEC Herzegovina’s MCVP Irma Bedjic. Our LC President Katie Louey talked about the story of what happened following the IC in Kenya. A summary from the AIESEC Alumni website: Irma lost her right arm and suffered severe head injuries in August of last year in the terrible accident of the Study Tour bus following IC in Kenya that also, tragically, took the life of AIESEC Bolivia MCP Elmer Pérez Requiz.  Since then, Irma has undergone several plastic surgeries, and her recovery has been slow. Irma needs help financially and I think that it is suffice to help her in any way possible. I will be donating some money. Here is the link for anyone else who is interested to help...

How’s it going?

Hey everyone! Hope you are having a great week so far! It’s almost the weekend! I’ve been thinking about my last post (which also happens to be the first post, hehe). I’ve been working on shedding some of those old habits (Cause you know they die hard….right?) and it is tough. One of the habits that I’ve been struggling with for years now is that I don’t seem to give myself enough flexibility in my thinking and how I go about my day and life. I’ve been told that I’m stubborn and it’s hard for me to admit how I really feel. BTW, thank you Mom for pointing that out! My mom just knows me too well……no lies ever fly by her.
