The Youth Global Employability Report contains the results of a survey by AIESEC. The aim is to understand the global job market for students and graduates, especially with regard to the global mobility of young talent. To this end, over 400 companies from 65 countries were surveyed. The report contains the results in terms of the expected skills employers expect when hiring young talent.
