GivingTuesday, initiated in 2012, has evolved into a year-round global movement inspiring millions to come together to give, share, and celebrate the spirit of generosity. It serves as a reminder that every act of kindness, no matter how small, contributes to building a more inclusive, compassionate, and vibrant world.
This year, AIESEC US is proud to align its efforts with Giving Tuesday, further amplifying its mission of fostering skills development through practical experiences and cross-cultural understanding among young individuals. AIESEC US aims to create positive change and empower young minds to be catalysts for a brighter future through its various initiatives, including the ongoing fundraising campaign for Educational Equity.
About the AIESEC US fundraising campaign
In a world where access to quality education and life-changing experiences is unevenly distributed, AIESEC US is committed to fostering educational equity and sustainable development. Many talented and ambitious young individuals from underrepresented backgrounds face financial constraints that hinder their pursuit of personal growth and international experiences.
The fundraising campaign aims to address this disparity and empower these young minds to reach their full potential. By offering scholarships for the AIESEC Global Volunteer Exchange program, AIESEC US seeks to provide a pathway for at least 15 students to engage in community development projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
