About The Project
The project works with the main needs of NGOs: marketing and business administration. The Smart (developed to reestablish and assist through consultancies) promote an international environment to the NGO, enlarging concepts and establishing an operational planning of 6 weeks that is capable to contribute to improve needs and enlarge social promotion by creating strategies for finance, human resources and marketing. Be part of a global network with different people and different backgrounds.
Main activities include:
The comprehensiveness of learning about movements and international projects on social development Working directly with a 3rd sector organization's management and reality Consulting NGOs about organization management Work with social engagement through the SDGs Development of differentiated frameworks

Accommodation is provided and is covered by the program fee.
